It is essential to encourage natural rejuvenation at night to take years off of your face. Every day we wake up to accomplish daily tasks that use up our energy and to recharge we use sleep. But our body needs a little more prep and nourishment than just a good night’s sleep. It needs refreshment! This blog will focus on how I maintain and nurture my face to look fresh for the next day.
One of the first things I do is brush my teeth as it is important to clean before resting them for 8 hours. I use bamboo brushes for environmental purposes and it just feels better when brushing.
