My Night Time Cleanse Routine

It is essential to encourage natural rejuvenation at night to take years off of your face. Every day we wake up to accomplish daily tasks that use up our energy and to recharge we use sleep. But our body needs a little more prep and nourishment than just a good night’s sleep. It needs refreshment! This blog will focus on how I maintain and nurture my face to look fresh for the next day.

One of the first things I do is brush my teeth as it is important to clean before resting them for 8 hours. I use bamboo brushes for environmental purposes and it just feels better when brushing.

To clean my mouth a little extra, I use a mouthwash to get ride of any bad breath. This one is my favorite!

I don’t use this every day, however a lip scrub is a must to remove dead skin off the lips.

This is one of my favorite face washes! It leaves my skin feeling super clean and fresh before bed.

The face needs extra nourishment, and this facial cream is perfect to provide the proper treatment for healthier skin.

I then follow up with a face roller to decrease puffiness and stimulate blood flow, which increases my skin to glow.

To increase the growth of my eyebrows and eyelashes, I use castor oil. Although it is a slow growth, if you are consistent, you will see results!
