After the whole “work from home” life, I started getting creative and spending time in the kitchen to make fresh healthy lunches. Not too long ago I started sharing a few pictures on my Instagram stories and was happy to hear that some of you requested the recipe, so here it is!
Time: 5-10 mins
Ingredients:
wheat low carb tortilla
hummus
lettuce
baby tomatoesĀ
sproutsĀ
avocadosĀ
jalapeƱo sauce
feta cheese and/or any kind of cheese
everything but the bagel sesame seasoningĀ
salad supreme seasoningĀ
Directions:
Start with heating the tortilla on a pan for a minute or two until its nice and warm. Spread hummus on the tortilla and start adding the veggies. Top it off with the seasonings and sauce. The only thing you have left here is the cheese to enjoy a quick and healthy lunch!Ā
